- FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS - FEVER, COUGH, SHORTNESS OF BREATH
- Have been exposed to confirmed or probable case of COVID-19
- Are awaiting test results for COVID-19
MASKS remain mandatory at this time. You may wear your own or one will be provided on arrival.
PATIENTS ONLY IN CLINIC - Due to the pandemic, we will only accommodate patients in the clinic. Those accompanying patients must remain outside. Exceptions include those accompanying elderly patients, caregivers, interpreters, parents/guardians of school-age children (to age 12),
or spouses attending for OB exams (only as of July 1st).
HAND SANITIZER/GLOVES - gloves must be removed; hand sanitizer is provided.

No appointment needed for X-ray; you will need to bring a requisition for an exam.

FREE parking is available in the angle parking behind the building, in the underground & across the street in the Galaxy Bowl lot.
